Walter and Ginger are no strangers to real estate. Walter got into real estate in 1999 and Ginger followed him in 2001. Walter and Ginger ran their own brokerage from 2001 to 2007 when they decided to close it to focus more on real estate sales and providing the service that their clients wanted and deserved. The Hayes Team is consistently in the top 25% of all agents in the Joplin area in terms of number of homes sold each year.

In 2007 Walter and Ginger decided to make a change and affiliated themselves with Keller Williams. Keller Williams opened an office in Joplin in 2006 and is already the #3 company in the Joplin area in terms of homes sold. Keller Williams was attractive to the Hayes because of the committment to service and doing things right.
